The Power of Vulnerability

Of all the things that have helped me create a successful sales career over the past 20 years, vulnerability ranks high on the list. Once I started being myself and taking risks, my career took off.

Vulnerability is all about the courage to show who you are, experiment with new things, and take risks. By taking risks, I mean not being afraid to fail. Because when we fail, we learn.
